Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on qualifying products within 30 days of the purchase date, with refunds issued to the original form of payment. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping and handling charges.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer experience team at hello@playabeauty.com within 30 days of your purchase. Do not return without prior authorization. Products sent back to us without first requesting an authorization will not be accepted or refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@playabeauty.com.
We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to those who abuse the policy. We cannot accept returns on sale or final items, gift cards or partial returns of routines or sets. Note that some promotions (including gift-with-purchases) make your entire order final sale, and we are unable to apply promotions retroactively to orders.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service at hello@playabeauty.com within 5 days of delivery.
