Shipping is $7.95 per order. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping, which is applied automatically at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. During high-demand periods such as promotions or the holiday season, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please allow a few hours after receiving the email for tracking to become active. Note that delivery dates are subject to change.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns on qualifying products within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
To start a return, contact our customer experience team at hello@playabeauty.com with your name and order number within 30 days of your purchase. Please do not send items back without prior authorization — products returned without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Once your return is approved, please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@playabeauty.com.
We cannot accept returns on sale or final sale items, gift cards, or partial returns of routines or sets. Note that some promotions (including gift-with-purchase offers) make your entire order final sale. We are also unable to apply promotions retroactively to orders.

We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses our return policy. Any finding of abuse of our policies shall be in our sole discretion and is not appealable. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons and methods, other than to inform the consumer that the refund request is being refused for abuse of our return policy.
OUR PRODUCTS — GLOSS RINSE
Traditional conditioners use high levels of fatty acids, silicones, and emollients to smooth and coat the hair shaft. In our gloss rinse, we use lamellar deposition to deposit conditioning agents more selectively on damaged areas of the hair, so it won’t weigh hair down.

For those that need extra conditioning we suggest following up the gloss rinse with your favorite conditioner, but over time you might notice you need less conditioner with continued use of gloss rinse.
No, there are only so many sites on the hair shaft where the fragrance can be deposited so leaving it in your hair longer will not improve the fragrance deposition.

Clean is subjective and not defined by any government or industry standards. We choose to use safe synthetics that do the heavy lifting to give you results. This can include silicones, PEGs, and ethoxylated ingredients as needed to enhance product experience and overall performance. We safety test all our products to ensure they are safe for use and follow industry standards including IFRA.

While we do test for irritation and sensitization potential, we have not tested our products on sensitive skin.
We create long lasting and complex fragrances that contain both natural and synthetic ingredients.
The cosmetic grade alcohol we use acts as a lightweight solvent that helps the product not feel greasy or heavy on the hair while solubilizing the conditioning ingredients and helping them penetrate the hair cuticle. As you apply it to the hair it flashes off quickly.
Due to the bottle color and UV coating it is not recyclable, but it is made of 15% Post Consumer Recycled material.
The packaging contains UV inhibitors to preserve the fragrance and formula integrity.
