Where do you ship?

Playa currently ships to the 50 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships.

How can I edit my order?

To update your order, click the “message us” icon on the bottom of our site or emails us via orders@playa.ca

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged goods up to 10 days after placing your order. Please email us via orders@playa.ca for further instructions.

What is the best way to use the Playa Hair Essentials?

We are always discovering new ways to Playa. And here’s the thing... there’s no wrong way to use our products. Check out @playa for ever-evolving ideas and send your best methods to hello@playa.ca for a chance to be featured on our IG account.

Does Playa work for all hair types?

All of our products were formulated to work beautifully for everyone, no matter your hair color or type.

Are your products safe for color and chemically treated hair?

Playa products are safe for chemically treated hair and even extend the life of your color.

Do you test on animals?

We love animals, and it is very important for us to stay cruelty-free. We do not test on animals nor do we purchase from suppliers who are unable to prove that they are also cruelty-free.

Are your products Vegan?

Our products are cruelty free and are not tested on animals. We do not claim vegan, but we are happy to say that we do not use any animal derived ingredients either.

Are your products all-natural?

In order to maintain the safety and efficacy of our products we have found that using a small number of low-hazard clinical ingredients is essential to maintain the performance and stability of our line. We strive to be as clean and safe as possible, and use only minimal amounts of these clinically active ingredients.

Do you use SLS or Parabens?

No. We do not use SLS, parabens, phthalates, or dyes in any of our products. These toxic ingredients do not increase the efficacy of products and are harmful to both environmental and human health.

Do you use fragrance in your products?

Yes, our products were formulated with an IFRA compliant fragrance blend to give the sensory experience of the sand and sea that we all love, formulated at low, non hazardous levels. Our fragrance does not contain the known irritants linalool, acetone, benzaldehyde, benzyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, camphor, ethanol, ethyl acetate and methylene chloride.

Do you offer discounts to Hairstylists?

We want to make it easy for you to keep your kits and stations stocked with Playa. Please complete our partners request form at the bottom of our site and we will email you within one to two weeks to confirm your application.
