I was very excited for this product because i deal with frizzy hair by the coast in San Diego. I went to dinner in an outdoor restaurant and unfortunately my hair frizzed right back up. This is also after the third wash with this product and on day 2 styled hair. Sad to say this hasn’t worked out for me. Pro is that it definitely smells great!
This exceeded my expectations! I have fine frizz prone wavy hair and a lot of products can weigh it down this did not. My hair was so manageable, shiny with no frizz! And the smell...just divine! I couldn't stop smelling my hair that's how good it is. Even my husband made a comment how good my hair smells.
Definitely will be repurchasing!
My hair smells absolutely amazing and is so soft!! I usually use 3 products outside of the shower to help my curly/wavy hair hold, but didn't need those at all! I'm so happy with my results and can't wait for more products, maybe even a leave in conditioner or daily hair elixir oil to continue frizz reduction and the beautiful scent! ♡
shipping was late. wrong information provided so I could not accurately track. The smell is just ok. I might try the other scent but I wouldn't buy this one again. Its not bad, just not what I thought it would be based on scent profile.

I LOVE this product. I live in LA so humidity isn’t the main issue but frizzy hair definitely is. This makes my hair so smooth and soft and I get so many compliments on the scent when I give people hugs. I’m going to Miami in a few days and can’t wait to see how my hair holds up against the humidity.
Nice smell but disipears by the second day. Makes the heair soft. However, not working against freez as promised.

Even though the scent smells great, it does not tame or cut down on the frizz in your hair nor does it last 3 days. It didn’t even last 3 hours in Tennessee weather very disappointed for the price of this product that it did nothing it advertised!

I was so excited to try this product and even followed the directions to skip conditioner entirely, which is something I’ve never done before. My hair cannot air dry, so I went through my usual routine of blow-drying and flat-ironing. By the time I was finished, there was absolutely no scent left in my hair. Can't say its any shinier than usual.
As for the fragrance itself, the smell straight out of the bottle just reminds me of a generic perfume you'd find at Sephora. The advertisements made it seem like it would have a distinct, beachy vibe, but I don't catch any notes of coconut or jasmine at all. Definitely a disappointment given the hype.
I tried the hair rinse last month and I haven’t been able to stop using it. The scent is so new and refreshing and my hair feels amazing. The summer is usually a mess for my hair but it’s been GORGEOUS. The scent also lasts for about 3-4 washes. This entire brand really feels like a breath of fresh air, I can’t describe how incredible it is. I can’t wait to try the new scents and whatever else they have in store!!!
This is summer in a bottle! You carry the scent up to your next wash day and the gloss and shine you get from it, is exactly what you need for these harsh summer days on your hair. My only qualm is that I didn't wait 2 more weeks for Made in Miami to come out.
Love!!!!! I've been using this serum for almost two months. This product is amazing, I have very thick wavy and frizzy hair. After using this product I don't even need to use a conditioner. Shampoo, this serum and I'm done. My hair is so smooth and no frizz plus the beautiful smell. Love PLAYA!!!!
Looove! It smells wonderful. As far as glossing and smoothing goes this does a fantastic job! It leaves my hair incredibly soft too. After I shampoo I squeezed out a good amount of water then I applied it to my hair. I gently combed through with my fingers to detangle and spread the product. It feels so smooth as you detangle! Which is a very good sign. I let it sit for about 3 mins then followed up with my usual glossing conditioner. My hair is thick, wavy, and very frizzy. It’s especially frizzy as it dries, no matter what product. But usually after it’s fully dry I can see how well the frizz gets tamed. So far after the first use my hair is incredibly shiny and the frizz has been super tamed. Honeslty this is the best my hair’s looked :) I’ve been getting more grays too and this has helped smooth them down! My greys tend to feel a little drier and stick out more but wow this helped a ton! I’m super looking forward to restocking and for future products from this brand! :)

Love Susan yara and pretty much everything she does. I believe you have to use this for a few weeks to see a difference; I think I heard that on one of her pods! Anyway, I’ll buy anything from her so I was excited to try this! I’ve been using for about 2 weeks consistently. I haven’t noticed a huge change in my hair, but I like the product and will continue to see if I notice any changes. 4 stars because I cannot with the scent. I don’t notice it after I get out of the shower; it got so much hype I was hoping for something cleaner smelling? I hate musky smells, so it’s based on preference. I’ll still keep using though

Leaves hair soft, shiny and less frizz. The only thing I can say is maybe turn down on the fragrance or make another one for people that are sensitive to strong smell, no fragrance or have a spa fragrance.

This product is absolutely AMAZING!! I have wavy/curly hair that is always dry and is hard to manage. My hair after using the gloss, was so soft, shiny, and way less frizz. Even when I use my Dyson air straight, my hair does not feel damaged or dry. The scent alone keeps me using it every time I wash my hair. I even had compliments when I was shopping with my mom awhile ago, people asked what fragrance did I have on, and I told them it was my hair care, I had no fragrance on that day!

This is utterly fabulous!!! I’ll def be posting a tiktok about this because it’s so good. My hair smelled great for three days between wash days. Even with sweating outside! Great for humid climates.

The scent was too strong and overpowering. It felt like it did get my hair shiny though.
