How do I return in-store purchases?
If you have purchased a Playa product from a salon, spa, boutique, beauty supply store or other participating retailer, please return it to the location where it was originally purchased, subject to the store's own return/exchange policy. We apologize that we are unable to process returns for products not purchased online at playabeauty.com.
